What is the Candidate Spotlight?

Candidate Spotlight is a new feature we are trialling initially with healthcare start-ups, software vendors and consultancies.

Instead of the traditional “we get the jobs, then we find the candidates”, Candidate Spotlight is the reverse of this. We already have the candidates, we just need to find them a job and a nice home to hang their hat.

All you need to do is sign up for the service to receive candidate profiles with skills / experience relevant to your business. Simples!!
