• Use of Intersystems Cache alongside both the HealthConnect & IRIS Integration Engines to facilitate the transfer of medical patient data and clinical documents via Health Level 7 (HL7) Messaging
• Assisted in the creation of a multifunctional Electronic Document Management System, handling the input & output side including but not limited to document receiving including XML transformations into HL7 messaging and alternative XML formats.  Document transformation into and out of Base64 into HL7 message.  Handling of multiple file types
• Developed a system for handling patient mortality records involving:  integrated the inbound data with the Integration Engine’s patient demographics system, ensuring data quality and integrity.  Created a self-contained token authentication business operation that can grab a web token and store it in such a way that it can be used freely and be monitored.
• Took over the development and project management of a full-scale integration engine conversion involving a switch of the patient care provider which involved handling client communication and requests in a timely manner. Scoping and creating new solutions at the client’s request which has saved significant time & budget consumption.  Handled the majority of the redevelopment, including specific filtering, comprehensive checks, and merge solutions
• Created various solutions that have allowed for the transformation of XMLs, Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource (FHIR), and HTTP JSON Request and Response payloads for the purposes of improving clinical efficiency
• Project management for numerous integration projects of varying scales involving writing project proposals and gathering client specifications.  Drafting change requests and documentation for both internal and external change management.  Budget estimates and timekeeping via Jira and Clockify
