Profile

Approx 3 years experience providing remote patient monitoring service to NHS clients.  Highly driven and passionate Always thinking about a bigger picture while striving to deliver good quality and consistent work with positive patient and client outcomes.

Skills:

Client Relationships – competent and confident in discussions, management and troubleshooting with clients keeping them happy

Presenting and Engaging – well versed in presenting to groups while keeping them engaged

Critical Thinking – often coming up with multiple ideas for issues, solutions and projects resulting in multiple pathways forwards

Training – engage with groups or one to one.  Experienced with presenting, engagements, de-escalation and audience management

Software – fluent in Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, Adobe products, Solidworks, Keyshot and more.

Organisation – familiar with project tracking, task management, feedback gathering, requirements gathering, inventory management, processes/systems, reporting

Experience

2023 – present – Project and Service Support Officer – healthcare software vendor

Undertook more responsibilities and admin including minor financial aspects, client relationship, reporting, process building and implementation, process re-design, client meetings, project implementation, promotional and instructional document generation, feedback form generation and much more as well as previous roles duties.

Worked closely with project managers, implementation managers, stakeholders, logistics, technical support, media production and other areas of the business.

Gained experience and expertise in developing clinical pathways with NHS staff and managers from initial talks to improvements and additional pathways enhancing established offerings. Thereafter, training on these pathways for managers, nurses, doctors, care home staff and others.

A key achievement in this role was setting up a client project from start to finish with initial client meetings, installation, training, problem solving, continued meetings, feedback generation & reporting. All delivered in an accelerated timescale for funding purposes.

 

2022 – 2023 – Service Support – healthcare software vendor

Trained multiple people (NHS Staff, care home staff) across the West Midlands region on electronic devices following SOP. Provided technical support and installs with some reporting, admin, question set building and demos.
