This programme took a Foundation Trust from an enforced RTT reporting break, post-PAS migration, through a reporting & DQ transformation.  Responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 44 and project team of 15 (clinicians, managers & admin staff)
  • Negotiations with external stakeholders & regulators
  • Creation of a data quality team to reduce validation budget (£750K)
  • The IT systems team in reconfiguration of the PAS
  • The IT training team in rewriting / redelivery of PAS training modules

Cancer Informatics Strategy Programme – Programme Lead, Architect & Delivery SME

This programme took a University Hospital Trust to a single Cancer Information solution, through the merging of legacy departments, systems & reporting processes. Responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 4 and project team of 20
  • EPR merge 1M referrals, with 0.003% errors deduplicating10K referrals
  • Merging & reconciliation of legacy reporting processes
  • Merging and redesign of legacy integration processes
  • Infrastructure soak testing simulating 200 simultaneous users
  • Repeatable reconciliation of 450 million pre/post-merge data points
  • A zero business disruption at go-live
