A 6-week engagement to validate and provide assurance for a potential ERP implementation.  I produced core artefacts for moving from fragmented legacy processes and systems to a coherent TOM.  I developed the BA approach, created business context diagrams for pharmacy and warehousing, mapped end-to-end value chains to expose bottlenecks, risk and improvement opportunities.  I carried out a structural review of operational pain points and translated these into clear, actionable requirements supported by process maps and narrative documentation.  I also wrote an option paper for possible stabilisation of current legacy systems vs full ERP implementation.
