Profile

A highly experienced Product and UX Design Lead, they specialise in HealthTech innovation and inclusive service design, with a particular focus on neurodiversity. They lead the design and development of digital tools that support neurodivergent individuals in healthcare and employment. Working closely with clinicians and academic researchers, they create ethical, user-centred solutions that enhance diagnostic accuracy, accessibility, and workplace inclusion.

With a strong foundation in UX research, interaction design, and service design consulting, they have led projects aligned with clinical workflows, patient triage systems, and mental health services. Their work involves translating complex requirements into intuitive, compliant digital products. They lead on discovery, stakeholder engagement, journey mapping, prototyping, and delivery through to MVP.

Key projects have included employment support platforms and neuro-assessment tools, where they delivered end-to-end UX—from user interviews and pathway design to digital biomarker feature strategy. Their work spans cross-sector collaboration in healthcare, research, and public services. They also contribute to technical planning, including architecture, accounts, and permissions.

In addition to their UX leadership, they are a freelance photographer and graphic designer, using visual storytelling to enhance clarity and engagement. They are a passionate advocate for inclusive design and digital accessibility across the product lifecycle.
