Dynamic and accomplished healthcare leader with over 30 years of NHS experience spanning clinical, operational, academic, and digital transformation roles. Proven
success in national programme delivery, digital health strategy, stakeholder engagement, service redesign, and innovation scaling. Recognised for influencing policy, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering measurable improvements in patient outcomes and system efficiency. Experienced in negotiating with Treasury, DHSC, and senior stakeholders across health and care.
