Excellent understanding of 18 week pathways rules.
Good knowledge on Cerner- Rio – Lorenzo – System One – especially clock stop, pause and start.
Knowledge of NHS Information Governance Policy.
Proven record of providing specialist technical and helpdesk support. Extensive experience of writing in the front desk helping clients and colleagues, resolve complex technical IT issues.
Experience
9 years experience of working for various NHS Trusts on site at hospitals
