Location: London (King’s Cross) – 4 days per week on-site Mon–Thurs, Friday WFH + client travel when required. Some paid weekend work during implementation go-live
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000

The Role

We are partnered with a fast-growing healthcare technology organisation seeking an Implementation Specialist to join their Delivery & Client Services team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex software implementations into GP practices and healthcare settings. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Implementation, Product and Technical teams to ensure successful system migrations and high-quality customer outcomes.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role in a high-growth environment, offering strong exposure to end-to-end project delivery and the chance to make a real impact in digital healthcare.

 

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Delivery

  • Support the successful delivery of clinical system migrations within agreed timelines
  • Take ownership of defined project workstreams, ensuring deliverables are met
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and go-live phases

 

Project Coordination & Documentation

  • Maintain and update project plans, risk logs, SOPs and training materials
  • Track progress against milestones and proactively escalate risks or issues
  • Coordinate key implementation activities including training and stakeholder engagement

 

Data Migration Support

  • Assist with data migration activities including planning, validation and troubleshooting
  • Ensure accurate handling of sensitive healthcare data throughout implementation processes

 

Client & On-Site Support

  • Provide on-site support during critical phases, including go-live
  • Work directly with clients to ensure a smooth transition to new systems
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive implementation experience

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Capture lessons learned from implementations and contribute to process improvements
  • Support the ongoing evolution of implementation best practices and playbooks

 

Experience Required

  • 3 years of experience in a client-facing implementation, project delivery or software deployment role
  • Background supporting complex software or enterprise system implementations
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing project documentation and timelines
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment  

 

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Experience supporting data migration or system transition projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools, documentation and structured delivery processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, product and support teams
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability

 

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, NHS or digital health environments
  • Experience working in fast-growing or early-stage organisations
  • Exposure to clinical systems or healthcare data

 

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid working: 4 days onsite (London), 1 day remote
  • Regular travel to client sites, including occasional overnight stays
  • On-site presence required during key implementation and go-live periods
