Programme Manager with 15+ years’ experience leading large-scale digital transformation and end-to-end programme delivery across Healthcare and Telecoms. Specialist in aligning commercial strategy with execution, ensuring programmes deliver strict value-for-money against fixed budgets. Supported preparations of a £42m contract renewal for XXX’s Demographics Service by stabilising governance, driving the commercial recompete strategy in the first new SOW.
