Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

Our client is a successful full-service digital agency based in Leeds.  They are looking for a talented and self-motivated UX Researcher/ UX Analyst/ Junior UX Researcher to join their dedicated and close-knit team.

The UX Researcher will support clients in getting the most from the Shopify platform, to support the design and development of new features, optimise user experience and provide clients with the ideas and insights to guide their future plans.

Experience:

As the UX Researcher/ UX Analyst/ Junior UX Researcher you will be have the following:

• Experience of researching, writing, validating, and sharing user needs.

• Experience of working in a client facing role

• Experience of testing and applying appropriate methods throughout cycles of research, development, testing and delivery.

• Experience of advising on appropriate user research methods (e.g. lab or field) and tools to assure best practice.

• Confidence and knowledge of UX design and research methodology.

• Experience of using tools such as Google Analytics, Hot Jar, heat maps, session recording and user testing.

• Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and use high levels of initiative to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

As the UX Researcher/ UX Analyst/ Junior UX Researcher you will be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of their UX methodology and providing research insight across relevant projects.

• Running workshops with clients to help provide define project/user requirements

• Proposing and delivering tailored UX processes for a wide range of projects

• Ensuring the research/solution presented is in line with client budgets

• Planning, running and analysing usability test sessions across websites

• Analysing the results and compile actionable recommendations

• Working with user testing software and techniques – write scripts, analyse results
