Salary: £25,000 / £30,000 DOE + benefits (see below)
 
With demand for mobile app development booming, our client is looking to grow their team by employing a full-time Junior Business Analyst with an interest in tech to progress and develop within the company.
This is a very varied role and requires a degree of flexibility and adaptability as well as an ability to cope with challenging situations. You must be able to use your initiative, have a strong attention to detail, good multi-tasking abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of organisation and focus, and be able to work under pressure within deadlines. 
 
Skills / criteria required:
  • Min 6 months experience as a Junior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Junior Consultant or similar analysis role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with clients and the team
  • Must be self-motivated, career oriented with desire to learn
  • Educated to degree level
  • Must have genuine interest in technology
  • Digital agency or B2B technical vendor experience (highly desirable)
  • Any client facing experience, requirements gathering, user requirements documentation, feature documentation, wireframing experience would be highly beneficial
As Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Analysing client requirements as part of the discovery phase of the project
  • Assist with the analysis of user requirements related to the clients’ requirements
  • Providing a first point of liaison for clients regarding queries and project issues
  • Support project delivery as directed by the team and Project Manager
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Identify problems and, more importantly, solutions
Training and progression will be tailored to your specific level of experience.  Fluent spoken and written English are essential as you will be frequently liaising with clients and colleagues.
