We are looking for a Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst / Process Analyst / Requirements Analyst/ System Analyst with BPMN experience to join an established team and work to deliver business analysis, requirements analysis and systems analysis for a complex national-scale project based in Leeds

Experience/Attributes:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst / Process Analyst / Requirements Analyst/ System Analyst or similar 
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of common BPMN 2.0 elements and principles
  • Experience modelling complex IT and operational processes
  • Experience translating written and spoken narrative into structured process models
  • Experience eliciting business and systems processes from a range of technical and operational stakeholders
  • Strong Visio, or similar, skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ability to break down complex processes to accessible and transparent chunks
  • Functional requirements gathering, able to extract requirements, user requirements, user stories / journeys
  • Understand data flows / data management, data systems; ideally have worked within a dataflow programme
  • High level of communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Desirable Skills Required:

  • Experience in introducing Process Modelling into the workplace
  • Experience with building Sharepoint online or a business process management system
  • Experience working in Healthcare/NHS; as a minimum worked in local/national government body
  • Background or experience within NHS project as a Business or Process Analyst
  • Recognised Business Qualifications from either BSC or ISEB
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations / running workshops
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Knowledge of Splunk
  • Exposure to Atlassian suite
  • Previous experience of discovery stage / workshop facilitation

The Role:

As a Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst / Process Analyst / Requirements Analyst/ System Analyst, you will be working on various digital healthcare projects including running workshops to produce functional requirements and user stories/journey documentation
