Location:  Bolton, Lancashire (10 min walk from train station, free on-site parking)

Salary:  to £53k + bonus

Our client is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead with NHS / healthcare / digital health experience to act as an ambassador for the business using their experience of working with multidisciplinary teams to get products to market.

The Agile Delivery Lead is an integral role to the company and would suit someone looking for a long-term career and opportunity to grow with the company and take complete ownership of developing and building current and future software products.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or similar
  • Strong knowledge / experience of a variety of agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Spotify Agile, Scaled Scrum, SaFe with the ability to adapt frameworks to fit the delivery context.
  • Previous experience of matrix managing multidisciplinary teams including remote and the ability to scale agile teams
  • Previous experience of developing a commercial software product
  • Understanding of health care / digital health gained from working for a healthcare software provider or the NHS
  • Competent user of Trello, Jira, Confluence, Slack and Miro or similar
  • User centred design

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of service design, research and design techniques and methodologies
  • Understanding of security, privacy and common standards (eg APIs, design components, clinical safety)

The Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for:

  • Managing one or more agile projects typically to delivery a specific product or transformation via multi-disciplinary team
  • Defining project needs and feeding these into the programme / portfolio process
  • Ensuring all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage
