Our client based in Wetherby are looking for an Administrator to join their payroll team. The Administrator must have excellent attention to detail with a high level of numeracy skills coupled with the ability to work accurately to deadlines and multi-task when necessary. The Administrator must also have a confident telephone manner and good written communication skills.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for: -
- Creating and issuing data spreadsheets to their customers
- Import and data entry from Excel spreadsheets
- Creating and issuing of customer invoices
- Issuing of P45’s, Payslips and any other documentation via post and email as required
- Deal with day-to-day customer queries via phone and email
The key strengths needed by the Administrator for this role are to be able to multitask between tasks and telephone calls. You will be working in a busy environment so the ability to “Keep your Cool” would be great. You will be speaking with contractors and other agencies therefore the able to communicate at all levels internally and externally would be a great advantage.
The role will be full time:- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm
